Please do not use our platform or services
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Ghana to use SusuWay. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Each user may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in suspension or termination.
When you create or join a susu plan, you commit to making regular contributions as specified. Missed contributions are logged and may affect your reputation score.
Funds in both individual and group susu plans cannot be withdrawn before the plan's end date. This is a core principle of the traditional susu system.
All payouts require Super Admin approval. For group plans, payouts may also require consensus from group members as specified in group rules.
Payouts are sent to your registered mobile money number. Ensure your MoMo details are accurate and up-to-date.
Group creators set the contribution amount, frequency, duration, and rules. These cannot be changed after the group becomes active.
All group members can view contribution histories. This transparency is essential for trust within the group.
Depending on group settings, fund withdrawals may require digital approval from all active members.
Group chat is provided for coordination. Abusive, offensive, or spam content is prohibited and may result in removal.
Full KYC verification (Ghana Card, phone verification, and selfie check) is required before you can request payouts.
You must use your real identity for verification. Using fake or someone else's identity documents is fraud and will result in permanent ban.
Our team reviews verification submissions. We reserve the right to request additional documentation if needed.
Payment processing fees are charged by our payment provider (Paystack) for mobile money transactions. These are displayed before you confirm any payment.
SusuWay may charge a small platform fee on payouts. Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated before they apply.
SMS notifications may incur charges which are deducted from your SMS wallet balance if enabled.
Violating these terms may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination depending on severity.
If your account is terminated, any completed savings eligible for payout will be processed after verification.
You may appeal a suspension by contacting our support team with relevant information.
While we strive for 100% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
We are not liable for issues caused by third-party services including payment processors or telecommunications providers.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in Ghanaian courts.
